We provide a high quality recruitment service for families looking only for the very best for their children. We place nannies, along with nanny/housekeepers, nanny/PAs, nanny/cooks, mannys, home coordinators and similar requests. We focus on Scandinavian nannies who Full-fill our demanding requirements and standards, but will also place nannies of other nationalities and with other language qualifications of a high standard upon request.

We are able to use both our Stockholm and London bases to find the best available candidates for you.

What you can expect from our nannies

We only put forward applicants we strongly believe in and who have shown expertise in childcare and child development. A minimum of three years of positively verified professional experience in working with children, either in the capacity of a nanny or within childcare/teaching, is required from all our nannies.

Our fee

We charge 15% of the placed nanny’s gross annual salary. Minimum £1700 per candidate.

Our guarantee

We look at every placement with a long term perspective in mind. Confident in our ability to make the best possible placement, we always give you the following guarantee:

If the nanny leaves within the first month – 75% of the recruitment fee will be refunded
If the nanny leaves within the second-third month – 50% of the recruitment fee will be refunded
If the nanny leaves within the third-sixth month – 25% of the recruitment fee will be refunded
