English speaking nanny for baby of 6 months, 3 days/week

We’re now looking for an English speaking nanny with experience in working with children between the ages 6 and 12 months. We have a client who wants a nanny to look after their little baby of 6 months 3 days/week from around 11.00-14.00 but might be extended to 10.00-15.00 as he gets older. This position will be for a minimum 1 year.

The nanny needs to have a high level of English as the family is Swedish speaking, they want a nanny to introduce the English language. It is also preferential if the nanny could speak Chinese, or possibly another second language. The child follows a set routine and the family is looking for someone who will keep the routine. They are happy for the nanny to take the child out for some fresh air and to play in the park once he gets a bit older. They’re also happy for the nanny to take him to activities as he gets a bit older.

They’re looking for a nanny with the child’s development at the forefront of their mind, to make use of the time they have together. He is at the moment learning how to crawl and someone who will give him the opportunity to practice his motor skills and immerse him in the English language is what they are looking for.

The family will also from time to time require help during an evening or the weekend. The family might also be interested to bring the nanny with them when travelling if the nanny is happy to. However this is not a dealbreaker and just an option. 

The family resides in central Stockholm just by the central station.

The position will commence as soon as we have found the right nanny.
