We’re now looking for an after school nanny for a family in Stocksund. The family has three children aged 2, 6 and 8 years old. The job is to pick up the three children from nursery and school and take them home or to a park to play for a bit in the afternoon. Both the nursery and the school are within walking distance so the nanny doesn’t need to drive. Cooking dinner for the children is also included in the role. The nanny will also be responsible for some light housekeeping connected to the children. Such as children laundry, keeping their rooms tidy etc.

All three children are bilingual (Swedish and English) and have grown up abroad and just moved back to Sweden. Both parents are Swedishspeaking. They are looking for an english speaking nanny to help the children continue to develop their English as they will go to a Swedish speaking school. 

The family is looking for a positive, creative and mature nanny. Someone with experience from previous work in childcare. The children are described by the mum as fairly easy children, very happy and good listeners. The 2 year old can be a bit cheeky as most children his age can be, but he is always very happy. The working hours will be Monday-Friday 14.30-19.00. Plus some evenings and a full day here and there when the school/nursery is closed for example.

The family is happy to offer guaranteed hours, which would mean a fixed salary for 100 hours/month and all hours worked above that paid on top.

The nanny would be starting the day with picking up from Nursery which is a 10-15 min walk from Stocksund station where Roslagsbanan stops, or the nanny can take a bus from Mörby centrum that stops outside the nursery, which takes about the same time.
